Avantus bills on a monthly basis.

What types of payment does Avantus accept?
Avantus accepts checks along with credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept ACH payments.

Does Avantus accept my borrower's check or credit card?
Yes. Borrower's checks can be mailed to us or a borrower's credit card can be entered at the time of ordering.

Can my account be setup to be paid automatically each month?
Yes. Avantus lets you pay your account balance automatically via credit card or ACH bank draft. Please contact our Accounting Department at 1-800-243-0120 and choose Option 3 for details.

Does Avantus offer online billing services?
Yes. Avantus allows you to view recent transactions, provides access to all past and present statements and the ability to pay your account via credit card or ACH bank draft.

What is your refund/return policy?
Avantus is an information clearinghouse, as such great efforts are taken to be sure that the information you request based on the input you provide is accurate and complete. Due to the nature of our business we do not provide for refunds or returns.
