How to Order Loanshield's Credit Review
in the Avantus System
Staying compliant with Fannie Mae's LQI initiative is simple using the Avantus system.
Step-by-step instructions for ordering LoanShield Credit Review
1. Open your browser and navigate to www.avantus.com.
2. From the landing page you will need to login to Avantus. On the top right
corner of the page you will see fields to enter your Operator ID and Password.
Enter the information exactly as it was given to you by Avantus.
3. Once you have successfully logged into the Avantus system, you will be taken to the home page. From the home page go to the Report Search feature, enter the borrower's Report ID and press the Search button.
4. In the search results, choose Open to view your report.
Next,
- Select the LoanShield tab at the top of the page.
- Select LoanShield Credit Review and click the Submit button.
- Confirm the borrower's information on the next page, click Submit, and your report will be returned.
Select View or Download to review the results.
