Since the Avantus credit reporting system was developed using industry standard formats like MISMO, XML, and .NET, we support all major loan origination systems in the industry.

Avantus also provides easy compatibility with Desktop Underwriter and Desktop Originator for your Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans. You can even upgrade an Avantus report to Fannie Mae for the cost of the upgrade, without having to order an additional report.
